I've been having fun testing recipes in my air fryer so it was only a matter of time before I tried something sweet. Doughnuts are such great deep fried treats so I obviously had to see how they would do without the oil.
I've made quite a few baked doughnuts before but those have a looser texture and are cooked in a doughnut pan. But this dough needed to be firmer to be able to stand on
